Inside ASI-AP

This is the general wiki for all ASI hosted events, inclding corporate hospitality events and staff events.

Throughout the year ASI buys corporate tickets and sponsors events to which we invite customers and prospects to help build relationships between all in the ASI community - staff, partners and customers. Except for a couple of big ticket events (like tennis), ASI supports the events of existing customers.

This set of wiki pages is to help manage and communicate the who and wheres of each of these events, which we have traditionally done internally via email. This is really about the planning. Actual confirmed registrations are, as always, processed in our iMIS client system.

A shortcut has been created for this wiki at: www.insideasiap.com/events

INSTRUCTIONS - Create a new wiki page for each event. If you are logged in, you can update pages yourself; just click on the 'edit' tab. Type in basic details of the event plus invitations (including segmentation queries used to send invitations for events that are not hand picked) and RSVPs. The Access option can be used to make events available to ASI staff only, logged in 'members' (partners and customers), or the general public (Normal). In the spirit of open collaboration pages should be public where ever possible. However to protect the privacy of our customers, please use first names only.

Final responsibility for all corporate events is Marketing - so email Liza or Marla your questions! Events will be closed for registrations 7 days prior to the event so any changes after that date made to the wiki may be ignored.
