During the first session we were asked to list out our expectations of things we were looking to learn during this module.

Paul:
- working better with peers (including questioning, advice, emotional intelligence)
- Being more open without making my mind up first
- Focus on development (in leiu of salary)
- Time management / execution
- Stop interrupting / finishing sentences
