Inside ASI-AP

On previewing an EFT run there will sometimes be a javascript error. This is cause by one of two things:

1) Many members haven't been billed so EFT is about to try and deduct fees to be a membership bill that doesn't exist. This would normally return a legitimate error, however, when hundreds of people are returned it crashes the javascript message box. Therefore we need just to mention that multiple error are reutrned (quote the number of errors) and then list a few sample IDs

2) A member who has a legitimate error has an apostrophe in their name. This crashes the javascript code.
