ASI Tech Support globally has once again achieved SCP Certification for Support Center Best Practices. This is a significant certification that puts ASI in elite company for support standards - see who else is certified.

A substantial amount of effort goes into achieving this certification. The benefit, of course, is that all the work that is done for the certification directly translates into additional quality to our support services. This certification definitely keeps us on our toes to stay up to the latest industry practices and standards as well as keeping our own processes monitored and in-line. The auditor stated that he was impressed with the extent and maturity of our support offerings and processes especially for a company our size.
