CEO global update teleconference for 1st quarter

The first quarter 2007 CEO update teleconference was presented early Saturday morning by our CEO Bob Alves. An audio recording is now available to all AP staff on the staff website. To access the teleconference navigate to the staff portal and login. Under News there is a link “Hear the latest CEO Quarterly Update”. Click on this and you will be taken to a page where we will store all the quarterly updates. Click on the 1st quarter 2007 update.

    The update refers to the updated Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map which is attached ASI_Strategy_Map_2007.pdf here in PDF format.

    The second reference is to the customer survey currently being conducted. The survey is intended to determine if ASI is delivering on the promise of the value proposition we make to customers. The questions are as follows:

    The answers are given in the 1-5 range (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree, Completely Agree).
