Price Increases Announced

Due to the increased costs of running our business, including salary rises for you, we have announced our price increases for 2007. For reference, the CPI is currently running at 3.5%.

Hosting price increases take effect from September, and these have been already communicated to customers. Our hosting prices have been increased more than CPI to address the correct market pricing (we are still cheaper than Webcentral and they provide a volume service), as well as to allow us to provide our own greater levels of service. Customers wanting to lock in the old pricing are able to prepay a year or two in advance if they are interested.

Consulting fees have increased $100/day (ex GST) and are taking effect from now, with all new proposals and task orders using the new rates. Existing task orders will continue to use the old rates until the task order is completed. We are not offering prepayments of consulting time at the old rates.

Software Update Plan annual fees have been increased by 3.5%. These increases will apply from the renewals due from August. Like hosting, we are offering to lock in the old prices for prepayment of SUP for up to 5 years in advance (including additional discounts for prepayment).

We will be issuing a formal new price list – including an updated calculator - later in July when we finalise the iMIS 15 pricing. Any questions in the meantime, check with me, Colin (for customers) or Jason (for consulting fees).
