The June Value Award winners were announced overnight. Congratulations to Shearne for winning the individual award for the ASI value of Respect; and to Jana and Ross for winning the team award for Respect.

Individual Respect - Shearne Ramage
Customer Care Executive
I nominate Shearne Ramage for Respect. Shearne has always been customer focused in working with iMIS customers over the past 11 years however during the last 6 months this was put to the test in her customer care role. With one of the three Customer Care staff away on personal leave for 6 months, Shearne picked up the slack and put in the extra hours/effort to help ensure that all customers' queries/issues were responded to and that they received the information/pricing they requested. This included covering the extra-pressure time of year-end. Shearne performed her job with beyond call of duty and always with 100% respect for hers and others allocated customers.

Team Respect - Tech Support - including Jana and Ross

I’d like to make this nomination on behalf of everyone in the Product Management Department for everyone in the Tech Support Department. Over the past couple of months, Tech Support has been faced with the challenge of supporting users of iMIS 15 in addition to all of the customers still using the host of product solutions ASI supports. iMIS 15 represents a major change in database and technology and we’re grateful that Tech Support has, again, risen to the occasion and learned all they need to know to hit the ground running. Tech Support Analysts have all been respectful and patient with all of the requests they receive, no matter whether the item is grand or small in scope, and have done the testing they need to do to get users answers, get solutions where possible and get issues identified quickly.
