ASI Media Release: From Sleepless Nights To A Dream FutureJuly 13: From Sleepless Nights To A Dream Future - ASI’s New Strategic Partner Program Drives Non Profits Further An innovative new partnership program by Advanced Solutions International Asia Pacific (ASI) will help some of Australia’s leading non profit organisations including the Australian Medical Association and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, get a better night’s sleep and wake to a brighter future. The ASI Strategic Partner Program offers non profits such as associations and membership-based organisations, charities and fundraisers, the opportunity to build an ongoing plan based on the seven key non profit business drivers for high performance non-profits. They are: Commitment to current technology; one name one record – giving a 360 degree customer view and single point of contact; targeted customer offerings; automation of everyday transactions to free resources for greater value tasks; process management culture; performance management & measurement culture; and knowledge management and collaboration culture. The program was inspired by a 2006 roundtable discussion ASI held with major non profits. The question was simple: “What keeps you awake at night?” The responses shaped a program which designs a unique roadmap for non profits with every element of the plan tied to their mission, values and major initiatives. “First we listened - then we built the program,” says ASI Asia Pacific Managing Director Paul Ramsbottom. “Our clients want to grow, want to thrive and wanted our support. We’ve developed a whole new business within ASI aimed at matching our skills with customer needs closer than ever before.” Mick Varga will head the new business operation. Mick came to ASI four years ago following work with Computershare and five years with the UK’s Automobile Association; then the world’s largest association. His ASI work has concentrated on professional development and certification within his consulting team. “This program will take customers to another level,” says Mick. “It’s where our skills meet customer needs; not just now but into the future.” With more than 400 major non profit organisation clients including CPA Australia, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Bush Heritage Foundation and The Cancer Council Victoria, ASI is uniquely placed to drive its partners forward. ASI customers use ASI software such as iMIS to manage membership communications, fundraising, events, payments and website content. Media: Paul Ramsbottom is available to talk about the ASI SMART Company Scholarship Fund; associations, charities and not for profits and their use of technology, association management, Australia’s IT industry and more.
