Inside ASI-AP

As you would have seen on your emails, our own iMIS client system was upgraded from the iMIS 15 release candidate to the iMIS 15 GA release over the weekend.

What you may not know is that you now have full access to all the new functionality offered in the iMIS 15 .NET browser interface.

You need to be inside the ASI network - that is on a PC in the office network, or on one of the terminal servers, or on the VPN. Then point your browser at http://asiweb9/imis15/.

This will bring you to the new .NET public view of iMIS 15. Want someone's phone number or email - simply click Directory and type in all or part of name or company or both. You don't even have to login. Same for our events calendar - just click the Events tab. Nice.

Need more contact information than just name/phone - then go ahead and login (your login is the same as that for full desktop iMIS access and your advsol.com website login - is is all the same iMIS system!). That will then give you full casual user access via the new .NET casual interface of iMIS 15. Depending on your access level, you can see/edit contact information, view activities, log calls, view events and access marketing suite, process manager and IQA. One of the really nice features is that the find a contact screen is now driven via IQA, so you can type in multiple fields for your search - can't remember the last name of that guy John you met from XYZ organisation - you can simply type this into the one search - no more editing or cloning 'adhoc' searches.
