What keeps customers awake - feedback from first 3 MD boardroom luncheons

We have been asking customers that attend our monthly boardroom luncheon to write down 3 things that keeps them awake at night (as it relates to iMIS and their business systems). So far, we have had lunches with finance managers, with CEOs, and with fundraisers.

I have compiled the answers from all 3 lunches and posted them to the 'ASI only' access page here. You will need to be logged in to view this page. I have made it ASI only as we told customers that we would not share this data.

This is great reading - please take the time to review it. It is what our customers are telling us; and we are all part of the solution. Some have specific issues that we do need to address now. Others are more general.

Our current surveys are showing customers are rating us down on service (we are getting 'agree' but we are striving for 'strongly agree' - see post here). It seems to me like an opportunity to give a customer great service by solving one of the problems they list that is keeping them awake. What can you do today to make a difference?
