ASI Consulting receives SCP certification

ASI Consulting has joined ASI Tech Support in the SCP certification program as a fully certified Consulting services business.

There are three programs under the SCP banner - the Technical Support Standards program, Field Support Standards program and Professional Service Standards program.

This certification is a true reflection of the quality and stature of ASI’s Consulting team and also of the support the consulting team receives from the other departments at ASI.

The SCP Professional Service Standard provides clear guidelines and standards that enable world-class professional service organisations to:

  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through improvements in service delivery process, logistics management and staff productivity
  • Implement a continuous improvement program that enables them to provide world-class services to their customers
  • Benchmark their service operations against best in class organizations and leverage best practices to further enhance performance

    To give you an indication of the completeness of this certification, there are 115 audit areas that cover Customer Service, People development, business management, strategy, Infrastructure, risk management and more.

    This is another example - along with the Tech Support certifications - as demonstration of ASI’s commitment towards Excellence in all that we do.
