Just prior to Ross's temporary relocation to Belgium - all the way back in December - he was promoted to Tech Support Team Lead. Congratulations Ross!

Ross's new role means he manages the queues and workload of both Jana and Annette and takes care of escalation of any of their SMR issues. Plus he still takes care of his own share of SMR's.
