Recent iMIS web projects

With my absence over the last couple of months I was out of the loop on some of our customers' iMIS website upgrades - using iMIS Content Manager and iMIS Business Objects (iBO). Some of the most recent ones are listed below.

Victorian Golf Association (VGA) - www.golfvic.org.au - launched their new website based on iMIS Content Manager, e-Customer Management, e-Events, e-Communities and e-Orders. Note the dynamic home page showing upcoming events live from iMIS.

Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) - www.csaust.com.au - re-skinned their existing iMIS Content Manager-based website to reflect an updated brand and their significant investment in online learning. Note that when looking through the Courses & Events lists a large proportion of their courses can be conducted online (indicated by an icon) and the registration process is the same, at which point iMIS automatically integrates to the CSA online learning portal.

Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) - www.physiotherapy.asn.au - deployed new wizard-based join/renew member pages using iBO integrated directly into iMIS.

Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) - www.racgp.org.au - updated their iMIS Content Manager-based website to use CSS templates. One the key advantages of using CSS is simplified page printing - so from any page click the 'Print' button and you will see how the page automatically reformats for printing (and things like navigation menus and banners are removed from the printout). CSS also provides higher performance especially in the top nav menus and general page refresh. Note also on the pages (bottom of left nav) social networking tools including Facebook and del.icio.us.
