Kelly and Pauline start their first week at ASI in Bootcamp

We welcome Kelly Jones and Pauline Hipkin to the local ASI team. Both started on the same day - Wednesday 13 August 2008. After spending time with Julie first up Wednesday morning, then joining myself and some of the other ASI managers for lunch, it was straight into bootcamp with Jay and Kevin; photo below in the team room with Kevin.

Thursday morning I had the ASI strategy and industry overview sessions of the Bootcamp, pictured below are Kelly and Pauline in the boardroom listening to my presentation. What you can't see is the dancing going on - part of my regular strategy Powerpoints - "The Star Wars theme", "I'm so excited" and "I'm on the road again" all get a short play!

Kelly joins us a Business Development Manager after a long and successful stint at Advanced Publishing Systems (APS - www.advancedpublishing.com.au). APS develops and implements software for print media specialising in page layout systems. She joined them when they were a start-up and helped them build into the successful company they are today - and Kelly covered all areas including sales, account management and project/implementation management. Kelly brings a lot of business experience to the table that we will leverage as we further rollout the iBEF program to new and existing customers.

Pauline joins us a Consultant and comes to us with extensive iMIS knowledge. We first met Pauline over 10 years ago when she worked in the fundraising team at Cancer Council Victoria when they first implemented iMIS. Most recently, Pauline was responsible for iMIS at the Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA - www.rmia.org.au). The RMIA bought iMIS just over a year ago and Pauline was responsible for the implementation. Personally I have not seen Pauline for many years so it is great to have her "back" !

Both Kelly and Pauline are based in the ASI Melbourne office.

Who was doing the dancing Paul? Whilst Pauline and I were trying to escape. Thanks for the warm welcome.
