Leukaemia Foundation go live with iMIS Friendraising

One of our newest iMIS Friendraising customers took their first event live on the Friendraising platform last week. The event called "Light the Night" can be found here. You can tell it is an iMIS Friendraising site by looking at the URL - note the secure.imisfriendraising.com.au domain once you go past the initial landing page.

Vanessa spoke very highly of the LF team who have been running Friendraising-style events for over 6 years (World's Greatest Shave being their biggest!) and are very experienced in what they want and how they want it. The implementation was completed in just a few weeks.

Jason M in Malaysia this week installing our new Malaysian customer

Jason M travelled to Kuala Lumpur last weekend to spend 2 weeks onsite implementing our newest Malaysian customer - the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS - www.mns.org.my). MNS are starting with a basic iMIS membership system with plans to grow into a full iMIS web solution over time. The team at MNS have been great hosts for Jason as it is first time in KL - introducing him to local food and the local cinema. Jason will be finished the implementation later this week and then he takes a couple of extra weeks to tour around KL and Malaysia.

Welcome to the iMIS community - Law Society of SA

    lssa_letterhead_bluegrey_350x80.gif

Last month the Law Society of South Australia (LSSA) signed contracts to purchase and implement iMIS. They start their implementation project this month, and have some pretty aggressive time frames to be live quickly. LSSA becomes the second state law professional body to use iMIS in Australia, following on from the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) who successfully implemented iMIS about 18 months ago.

    AIM Vic/Tas live with iMIS

Last week AIM Vic/Tas switched over from TASS to iMIS for membership and customer management, with a second live cutover in January for the financials. Congratulations to the ASI and AIM project teams! You have all done yourself proud.

On the ASI side, the project team was lead by Marilyn and included all of the Southern team at various stages of the implementation.

I am looking forward to joining them all for lunch on Friday to celebrate the success of going live.

Visit to our new Malaysia customer

Bob, Keith and I today visited our new and first KL customer - World Wildlife Fund Malaysia (WWF) www.wwfmalaysia.org. We met with the fundraising team, lead by Bow, and Melinda and Shani.

We were taken on a tour of the office to start with, including the program areas where current major projects include tigers and turtles. They are expanding in the program and fundraising departments and have just recently taken over some adjacent office space to give them more room.
